William (Bill) Taylor is a Security Specialist for The Edward Davis Company, and works closely with the company’s consulting clients. He also focuses on the latest security technology and social media to support the company’s offerings. Taylor has 35 years in law enforcement experience with the Lowell Police Department, most recently as Superintendent of Police from 2013 till 2018. He has demonstrated expertise in all areas of municipal law enforcement including administrative management, strategic planning, investigation, budgeting, policy and practice review and development and community policing. Taylor holds a Masters of Arts degree from Anna Maria College. He participated in Harvard University’s Massachusetts Senior Executive Program and Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education, “Leadership for the 21st Century: Chaos, Conflict and Courage”. Taylor also completed the FBI Academy’s 294th session in June of 2012.
