Briana DeMoura is a Project Analyst at The Edward Davis Company, where she supports security consulting and risk assessment initiatives for public and private sector clients. Prior to joining EDC, Briana built a strong foundation in operations and organizational management within the healthcare sector. She held regional leadership roles overseeing multi-site operations across multiple states, with responsibilities that included regulatory compliance, safety planning, incident response coordination, policy implementation, and process improvement. This experience strengthened her ability to evaluate risk, assess organizational vulnerabilities, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Briana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Intelligence Analysis, further expanding her expertise in structured analytical techniques, threat assessment, and strategic decision-making.
