Jessica Davis is a Security & Policy Analyst and Project Manager with The Edward Davis Company. Davis supports public- and private-sector clients through security assessments, incident reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives that require strong analytical and project management expertise. Her work focuses on translating complex operational and policy challenges into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices. She also supports executive protection operations and senior leadership initiatives.

Prior to joining EDC, Davis served with the City of Medford Police Department, where she gained experience across patrol operations, investigative assignments within the Criminal Bureau, and senior roles in Professional Standards, Training, and Development. In these roles, she supported criminal investigations, managed sensitive and confidential information, and advised departmental leadership on policy development, accreditation compliance, and organizational accountability, including work supporting the department’s accreditation function.

Davis holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and graduate certificates in Forensic Criminology and Domestic Violence Prevention. She is known for her analytical rigor, strong written communication skills, and ability to support complex, multidisciplinary security projects.
