Jill Sullivan

Executive Assistant

Jill Sullivan is the Executive Assistant at The Edward Davis Company. Sullivan has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field. Sullivan works directly for CEO, Edward Davis, and oversees administrative functions of the office to ensure efficient operations. Sullivan coordinates both internal and external meetings, emails, gatherings, events, functions, and much more. Sullivan ensures that communication is effectively given to the prospective EDC team member to ensure Clients are connected to the proper EDC member for any need. Sullivan utilizes her enthusiastic personality and advanced skills in communication, planning, organization, multi-tasking, networking, and writing to ensure each day is scheduled effectively to the obligations of each day.

Sullivan received her B.A. in Human Development from Rivier University. Prior to working at The Edward Davis Company, Sullivan worked at the Lowell Police Department, as the Executive Secretary for the Superintendent of Police for 25 years. While at Lowell Police Department, Sullivan enhanced her skills in the industry by connecting varying departments and the constituents of Lowell, Massachusetts. Sullivan worked closely with the Superintendent of Police where she coordinated numerous amounts of meetings and collaborated with the Superintendent to ensure the Police Department was running sufficiently and effectively. These experiences, as well as her current role at EDC, allow Sullivan to broaden her professional skills in management, critical thinking, and time-management.
