John Connolly is an Advisor for The Edward Davis Company. Connolly has a 30+ year proven track record of innovation, vision, and execution in creating successful businesses. He has been a successful CEO of five different companies, two of which he founded. Connolly has raised over $100 million and created over $1 billion+ in shareholder value in partnership with 12 financial sponsors. 

Connolly currently has been with Bain Capital Ventures as a Managing Director and head of the Operating Group since 2009. He recently assumed the role of Senior Advisor. His focus continues to be on partnering with a number of CEOs and management teams to address strategic and operational issues associated with growth. Prior to this new position, Connolly served as the Managing Director and head of the Operating Group at Bain Capital Ventures where he worked with over 25 portfolio companies to address strategic and operating issues, as well as develop strategies and tactics to accelerate value.
