Cheryl Joyce is the Director of Finance for The Edward Davis Company. Joyce specializes in Financial Oversight and Administration, developing and implementing financial tracking and reporting systems, and assisting in the development of systems in partnership with EDC contracted professionals and experts. Joyce reviews, refines, and implements existing financial practices, systems, and tools that provide accurate real time reporting that allows company executives to make confident decisions for short-term and long-term  company growth and success. 

Prior to joining EDC, Joyce served as Grants Manager in the Office of Research and Development for the Lowell Police Department and the Boston Police Department. Joyce was responsible for the growth and success of the Department’s grant acquisition and management portfolio that rose from $7 million in 2007 to $30 million in 2014. Joyce has over 20 years of combined experience as a Director of Finance, Financial Controller, Pricing Estimator, Insurance Manager, Project Coordinator, Asset Analyst, and Grants Manager.
