Kelly Richardson is a Senior Security Specialist with The Edward Davis Company. Richardson previously served as Chief of Police for the Lowell Police Department, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and law enforcement experience. His career reflects a strong commitment to executive leadership, professional development, and evidence-based policing practices.

Richardson completed the Senior Executives in Local Government program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School and has received extensive specialized training in crisis management, risk assessment, and forensic psychology. His training includes the FBI National Academy, the Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP) at Northeastern University, and the Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice Polygraph School.
