Mark Buckley is the Director of Operational Security for The Edward Davis Company. As a retired Lieutenant for the Lowell Police Department, and with over 35 years of experience in the security industry, Buckley contributes to the development and execution of our security plans, assists in managing on-site security teams, and helps execute major security operations. Buckley has managed major operations for EDC involving security for pipelines, major disasters, and large-venue conferences. Buckley has also managed Executive Protection for ultra-high net worth individuals.

Buckley earned a Masters degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Springfield College and has trained at the FBI National Academy, Northeastern University, and Municipal Police Leadership Institute in areas of police management and leadership. At the Lowell Police Department, Buckley served as an officer overseeing multiple divisions – including Professional Standards, Investigations, Crime Analysis and Intelligence, and Operational Support.
